These are great to prepare for the week. You can bring them for snacks or add them to a salad.

Instructions
- Soak beans overnight
- Simmer in 6 cups of water 90 minutes
- Reheat oven to 450 degrees
- Add all ingredients including cooked beans to a Cuisinart and blend.
- Scoop out 1 tbsp spoonfuls of mixture
- Roll and place on parchment paper
- Bake for 10-15 minutes
