Ayla KavanaghGrilled Turkey Burgers
The recipe makes 8 – 4oz. burgers. I used BBQ sauce, but you could use a sugar free ketchup.
I ate mine in lettuce with tomato and mustard. Nicole liked it with hummus:)

- Combine turkey, scallions, bbq sauce, Worcestershire, dry mustard, salt and pepper, in a medium bowl. Mix. Add in breadcrumbs and mix with hand to combine. Divide mixture in 8 portions and form into burgers, 1/2 inch thick.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- To gril: Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil grill racks or use grill pan. Cook burgers until internal temp reaches 165., about 4 minutes per side.
