We LOVE anything Buffalo in my house. I was trying to come up with a healthier version of Buffalo Meatballs and this is what I came up with. They are a great snack or meal. Packed with protein and vitamins.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with oil of your choice.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Wet hands and roll into to 1 1/2 -2 inch meatballs.
- Bake at 425degrees for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Broil for a minute if you want them more browned.
- Serve with Primal Kitchen Ranch dressing, or your homemade. This is not included in nutritional content.
