Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cut cauliflower into medium size florets.
- Mix garlic and remaining seasonings together. Toss cauliflower in avocado oil, add in spices and toss.
- Pour cauliflower mixture onto a roasting pan.
- Cook for 1- 1/2 hours until crispy browned.
- Remove from oven and squeeze lime juice over the cauliflower. Place on serving platter and sprinkle with cilantro.
