Spinach Egg White Omelette (SPICY)

Simple, filling and satiating. Great post workout breakfast. High protein.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a small omelette/saute pan over medium heat.  Add 1/2 tsp. oil and saute spinach, until wilted.  Remove from pan.  
  2. Reheat pan, add 1/2 tsp. avocado oil (or oil spray).  Pour in egg whites.  
  3. When is starts to set, use a rubber spatula to move edges to middle of the pan.  When almost cooked, add spinach and hot sauce of choice. 
  4. Fold omelette in half and serve.
