Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.  Oil or butter up roti pan or skillet . Pour onto hot roti pan.  
  2. Cook 3-4 minutes per side.  Be patient, it will brown up. If it still seems soft in the middle you can finish in the oven at 350.
