Breakfast of Zen Champions

This is the perfect breakfast for a long active day and great for stress management. The overnight oats give me the energy for a long workout and it is easy to eat it all morning long. I use it for morning that I am training sessions, but I start the day with an intense workout. I also love it for breakfast on the go on my way to a long hike. The fresh ginger tea with lemon helps my voice survive a day on zoom sessions.
Ingredients
Overnight Oats
- 1 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a mason jar
- Leave in refrigerator overnight
