Roasted Cauliflower with Red Chile, Cilantro and Lime

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Cut cauliflower into medium size florets. 
  3. Mix garlic and remaining seasonings together.  Toss cauliflower in avocado oil, add in spices and toss.
  4. Pour cauliflower mixture onto a roasting pan.
  5. Cook for 1- 1/2 hours until crispy browned.
  6. Remove from oven and squeeze lime juice over the cauliflower.  Place on serving platter and sprinkle with cilantro.
