Small Group Training

45- minute personal training sessions in a small group remote setting. These sessions are interactive because the sessions are customized during the session. Training for each member will be influenced by the signature Empower video assessment. Every body is different and we coach the individual in the session. Coaches don’t mute members in these sessions.

Stretch and Roll

30 minute restorative classes that manage the pain and discomfort of sitting on zoom calls all day. The team recommends having a foam roller, but will modify for each person in the session. Weekly themes will be designed by the embody restorative expert. The team is always thinking about the big picture with a personalized approach. Manage pain and prevent injuries with this 30 minute restorative class. Coaches don’t mute members during these sessions.

Pop-up Family Classes

45 minute classes to support the family. One screen for one family. Empower does not want to ignore our extended community, during this unprecedented time Family yoga, meditation, or HIIT cardio will be on a rotating schedule and information will be provided to the members on a monthly basis. Bring any member of your family for these special classes that will be seasonal depending on the needs of our members.

HIT Abs Cardio

25-minute classes destroy your abs and do all the cardio you need for a day packed into 20 minutes. These high energy cardio sessions will leave you not wanting more..until the next class. Bring the water and get ready to sweat. Classes will be adjusted for different levels. All fitness levels are welcome. Coaches don’t mute members during these sessions.

HIIT Workout

25-minute classes do all the cardio you need for a day packed into 20 minutes. These high energy cardio sessions will leave you not wanting more..until the next class. Bring the water and get ready to sweat. Classes will be adjusted for different levels. All fitness levels are welcome. Coaches don’t mute members during these sessions.

Track Workout

Start the day with a track with a short high intensity workout. Get some fresh air and feel great for the rest of the day. All workouts will adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Yoga Classes

Consciously linking the movement of the body to the movement of the breath, these classes are a dynamic, flowing practice which leads you through a balanced series of postures to strengthen and build flexibility, promoting physical stamina and a sense of deep inner calm.

Tai Chi

45-minute classes taught by the best instructors. Introductory classes will not be muted; all other classes will be musted after the class begins.

Meditation Workshop

Are you sick of people telling you to go mediatie?  Join this workshop and learn how to find your own practice in meditation. This is a workshop in learning how to breathe and build on your stress management skills. Learn lifelong skills and work with a professional in undestanding the body. This will be an interactice workshop. Bring your questions and be ready to be coached on your journey.
