Empower Sandwich

Perfect fast way to get everything you need in lunch. Fast, easy, high in protein and fiber.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. chop celery and onion
  2. combine celery, onion, tuna or rinsed chickpeas, lemon and ripe avocado
  3. mash and add seasonings
  4. combine sandwich bread, lettuce, and tuna or chick pea mixture
  5. Cut the peeled carrot into 3–4 inch lengthwise segments, then halve and cut the halves lengthwise into sticks.
  6. Serve on one plate
