- chop celery and onion
- combine celery, onion, tuna or rinsed chickpeas, lemon and ripe avocado
- mash and add seasonings
- combine sandwich bread, lettuce, and tuna or chick pea mixture
- Cut the peeled carrot into 3–4 inch lengthwise segments, then halve and cut the halves lengthwise into sticks.
