Fat Loss Balls (veg)

These are great to prepare for the week. You can bring them for snacks or add them to a salad.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Soak beans overnight
  2. Simmer in 6 cups of water 90 minutes
  3. Reheat oven to 450 degrees
  4. Add all ingredients including cooked beans to a Cuisinart and blend.
  5. Scoop out 1 tbsp spoonfuls of mixture
  6. Roll and place on parchment paper 
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes
