Naturally Sweet Chicken Thighs

I always have dates in the house and didn’t want them to go to waste. This was a wonderful surprise.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Heat cast iron skillet with ghee
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Brown chicken in ghee
  5. Cover chicken with remaining ingredients and place in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour
