Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat
- Fillet each chicken breast
- Cut chicken into “Chicken Fingers”
- Mix dry ingredients with seasonings in a bowl
- Dredge chicken pieces in dry ingredients bowl
- Mix eggs with1 tbsp of water
- Dredge chicken pieces in egg mixture
- Dredge chicken in dry ingredients bowl(again)
- Brown chicken pieces in olive oil
- Cook until pieces are golden brown and cooked all the way through. (Heat should be lowered to 3-5)
