Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Put in ziploc bag, toss with minced garlic. Mix spices together and add to bag. Toss shrimp. Marinate at room temperature 15-30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet to medium high heat, add butter. When sizzling add shrimp in single layer. Cook about 2-3 minutes, until beginning to brown. Turn the shrimp over, using tongs. Cook under 2 minutes, until cooked through, opaque.
- Remove from the heat, put on serving platter, with lime wedges and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve.
