Spicy Shrimp with Lime and Cilantro

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.  Put in ziploc bag, toss with minced garlic.  Mix spices together and add to bag.  Toss shrimp.  Marinate at room temperature 15-30 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet to medium high heat, add butter.  When sizzling add shrimp in single layer.  Cook about 2-3 minutes, until beginning to brown.  Turn the shrimp over, using tongs.  Cook under 2 minutes, until cooked through, opaque.
  3. Remove from the heat, put on serving platter, with lime wedges and sprinkle with cilantro.  Serve.
