Ayla KavanaghJambalaya with Cauliflower Rice
We loved this! It made a TON! Enjoy. You can freeze, if you want to.
You can serve with creole sauce. Fresh spices make a big difference.

Instructions
- Combine seasoning mix.
- In large Dutch oven, melt 1 Tbsp. ghee, over medium heat. Add andouille sausage and chicken, saute, until browned. Add onions, celery and bell peppers. Sauce until tender, but still firm. Stir occasionally.
- Add seasoning mix and saute for a minute or two, stirring frequently. Make a well in center of ingredients and and garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, chicken broth and shrimp. Cook through, until shrimp are opaque. Add cauliflower rice and cook until warm.
- Serve with scallion, parsley and creole sauce. Optional. Enjoy!
