I was inspired on a solo trip to visit my daughter in Philadelphia. After a long run, I discovered a local tavern. I remember being very sore from the run, and the wings seemed to heal my legs. It turned out to be a great day walking around the city. I modified the recipe for my AIP diet because of a serious psoriasis flare-up. The recipe did not clear up my skin, but this recipe became a family favorite. I like to cook them on the grill! It keeps the kitchen clean. If you don’t want to follow the AIP Protocol, I recommend spicing it up!
