I was leaving for vacation and didn’t want to waste the food in the fridge. This was the delicious creation.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- thinly slice chicken in 3 cutlets
- cover chicken in tapioca flour and seasoning
- heat oven safe pan
- brown chicken on each side
- layer with sliced tomatoes
- sprinkle with feta cheese
- bake for 20 minutes
- increase oven to 375 degrees for the last 5 minutes
