Buffalo Chicken Casserole
I served it with spinach and avocado. I added some balsamic vinegar to my spinach. You could also add spinach to the casserole.You could also crumble some bacon or tomato on top. I add extra Buffalo because I like it HOT!

- Put in a 2 1/2 – 3 quart dish.
- Bake 350 45-60 minutes, until set.
