I always pair this with the buffalo bites. It is fast, easy and spicy…my husbands favorite. During the lockdown the Buffalo Snacks and Buffalo Rice became a favorite lunch.

Instructions
- I make this after I remove the Buffalo Chicken Bites from the pan, but you can make it without the bites.
- Heat pan with avocado oil
- Add riced cauliflower to hot pan
- Add Frank’s Red Hot Sauce(feel free to modify for your taste buds)
