Buffalo Rice

I always pair this with the buffalo bites. It is fast, easy and spicy…my husbands favorite. During the lockdown the Buffalo Snacks and Buffalo Rice became a favorite lunch.



  1. I make this after I remove the Buffalo Chicken Bites from the pan, but you can make it without the bites.
  2. Heat pan with avocado oil
  3. Add riced cauliflower to hot pan
  4. Add Frank’s Red Hot Sauce(feel free to modify for your taste buds)
