  1. The night before add oats, milk, dates, cinnamon, and coconut flakes in a mason jar.
  2. The next morning heat up in microwave or serve cold with the remaining ingredients. You can add a little banana if you are going to be extra active. If you are not, the shaved nuts are a better option.
