Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Heat 1 tbsp of avocado oil on medium heat and cook the vegetables 4-5 minutes
  2. Add a little bit of water and cover pan to steam them a little extra
  3. Cut meat into stir fry pieces
  4. Remove all vegetable’s and add another tbsp of avocado oil
  5. Add meat flat on pan. Cook until both sides are browned
  6. Add vegetables and stir fry sauce and cook down for 10-12 minutes.
