Chicken Bone Broth

Additionally, bone broth contains collagen, providing strength, structure, and support to the body. Collagen is essential for various bodily functions, including blood clotting, skin regeneration, and organ protection.



  1. Save bones from roasted chicken and place them in a large pot.
  2. Add lemon wedges, any older looking vegetables(sweet potato, potatoes and carrots) rosemary (optional) and cover with filtered water.
  3. Season with salt and apple cider vinegar to enhance collagen extraction.
  4. Simmer for 10-12 hours until reduced, yielding 6-8 cups of flavorful broth.
