Empower Breakfast Muffin

Not too sweet but will help satisfy a sugar craving. These higher protein muffin options will hit the spot

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. fill muffin tins with muffin liner
  3. mix dry ingredients
  4. add softened coconut oil, vanilla, sugar, banana and eggs
  5. add chocolate chips
  6. separate into 11 muffin tins
  7. bake in oven for 20 minutes
