Instructions
- grate ginger and garlic
- heat oil pan with turmeric and ginger
- Add onion, carrots and celery until fragrant smelling
- Add broth and raw chicken breasts
- Boil for 25 minutes
- Remove chicken and cut up
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes
