Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Saute onion with dill, cumin, salt, pepper, and oregano
  3. Add ground beef and brown
  4. Add tomato sauce and cook down
  5. Layer a 8 by 8 baking dish with sliced zucchini
  6. Drizzle the layer with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and cheese
  7. Drain liquid from ground beef.
  8. Add 1/2 of ground beef mixture (make sure there is no extra liquid)
  9. Layer zucchini with salt, pepper, and cheese
  10. Add 1/2 of ground beef mixture (make sure there is no extra liquid)
  11. Layer zucchini with salt, pepper, and remaining cheese 
  12. Bake for 40 minutes
