Instructions
- Brown turkey in olive oil and add seasonings.
- Blend tomatoes to make them crushed
- Add sauce to brown turkey and riced cauliflower
- Preheat oven to 375
- Cut off tops of four green and remove seeds
- Wait until ground turkey stuffing is the consistency of a sloppy joe
- Fill each pepper with the turkey stuffing
- Add chicken broth to the bottom of the baking dish and add stuffed peppers
- Cover and bake for 60 minutes.
