New Stuffed Peppers

Looking for a low fat. low cal, low carb and high protein delicious meal option.



  1. Brown turkey in olive oil and add seasonings.
  2. Blend tomatoes to make them crushed
  3. Add sauce to brown turkey and riced cauliflower
  4. Preheat oven to 375
  5. Cut off tops of four green and remove seeds
  6. Wait until ground turkey stuffing is the consistency of a sloppy joe
  7. Fill each pepper with the turkey stuffing
  8. Add chicken broth to the bottom of the baking dish and add stuffed peppers
  9. Cover and bake for 60 minutes.
