These brownies are a delicious treat for when you’re craving something sweet. They’re also great for your digestive health (hint hint be near a toilet about 2 hours later). Nut free and paleo.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- On stovetop, melt coconut oil and 1 cup of chocolate chips in a small pan over low-medium heat. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
- When fully melted and smooth, take off heat and pour into mixing bowl.
- Once cooled a little, add in eggs or egg substitutes and whisk thoroughly until fully blended.
- Add in Coconut Sugar and Vanilla and mix.
- Add in tapioca flour and whisk until fully smooth.
- Add in chocolate chips for double chocolate brownies. (optional)
- Bake in oven at 350F for 20 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean but be careful to not overcook.
- Top with sea salt (optional)
