Fudgey Brownies (Vegan Optional)

These brownies are a delicious treat for when you’re craving something sweet. They’re also great for your digestive health (hint hint be near a toilet about 2 hours later). Nut free and paleo.



  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. On stovetop, melt coconut oil and 1 cup of chocolate chips in a small pan over low-medium heat. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
  3. When fully melted and smooth, take off heat and pour into mixing bowl. 
  4. Once cooled a little, add in eggs or egg substitutes and whisk thoroughly until fully blended.
  5. Add in Coconut Sugar and Vanilla and mix.
  6. Add in tapioca flour and whisk until fully smooth.
  7. Add in chocolate chips for double chocolate brownies. (optional)
  8. Bake in oven at 350F for 20 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean but be careful to not overcook.
  9. Top with sea salt (optional)
