Instructions
- Wash scallops and pat dry completely
- Cover with salt and pepper
- Heat 1 tbsp of ghee
- Add scallops to ghee and brown 2 minutes on each side
- remove scallops and keep covered and warm
- Add the remaining ghee, garlic, and lemon
- Add scallops and serve with your favorite side. I used the Empower Spanakorizo
