Garlic Lemon Scallops

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash scallops and pat dry completely 
  2. Cover with salt and pepper
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee
  4. Add scallops to ghee and brown 2 minutes on each side
  5. remove scallops and keep covered and warm
  6. Add the remaining ghee, garlic, and lemon
  7. Add scallops and serve with your favorite side. I used the Empower Spanakorizo
