I am a sucker for granola. This is a recipe I created this morning. I hope you enjoy it. You can increase the nuts and mix in other kinds, if you prefer.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix oats, coconut, cinnamon, salt and chopped cashews together. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Toast for 6-8 minutes.
- Return oat mixture to bowl. Mix in ground flax and cranberries. Stir in maple syrup.
- Spread on baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes. Stir 1/2 way through. Allow to cool completely.
