Granola

I am a sucker for granola. This is a recipe I created this morning. I hope you enjoy it. You can increase the nuts and mix in other kinds, if you prefer.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix oats, coconut, cinnamon, salt and chopped cashews together.  Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Toast for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Return oat mixture to bowl.  Mix in ground flax and cranberries.  Stir in maple syrup.  
  4. Spread on baking sheet.  Bake for 18 minutes.  Stir 1/2 way through.  Allow to cool completely.
