This is a fast simple meal packed with protein. It was inspired by all the Bok Choy in my first garden.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Mince ginger and garlic
- Slice chicken very thin
- Place ginger, garlic, coconut aminos and chicken in a bowl for at-least 2 hours
- Cut stems from Bok Choy
- Dice stems
- Heat pan and add chicken with marinade and bok choy stems
- Cook until chicken cooked through
- Add Bok Choy leaves and cook
- Add sesame oil
