Empower Bok Choy Chicken

This is a fast simple meal packed with protein. It was inspired by all the Bok Choy in my first garden.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mince ginger and garlic
  2. Slice chicken very thin
  3. Place ginger, garlic, coconut aminos and chicken in a bowl for at-least 2 hours
  4. Cut stems from Bok Choy
  5. Dice stems
  6. Heat pan and add chicken with marinade and bok choy stems
  7. Cook until chicken cooked through
  8. Add Bok Choy leaves and cook
  9. Add sesame oil
