My sister went CRAZY over this. She had for breakfast the next day. We served it with the cilantro lime cauliflower rice.

Instructions
- In a large pot, over medium heat, stir together sweet potato, coconut milk and green curry paste. Cook for about 15 minutes, until potato is tender when poked with a fork.
- Add in broccoli, and protein of choice. Cook for another 5 minutes, to heat through and tenderize broccoli.
- Serve with cauliflower rice.
