Empower Fast Chicken

This is my goto lunch. It is fast and most of the cooking takes time in the oven while I am busy doing other things.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper
  3. Brown chicken in olive oil
  4. Add vegetables, onion, garlic on top of the chicken
  5. Place in oven and bake until the vegetables are tender. Placing the vegetables on top of the chicken will keep it moist.
