  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Peel and cut turnip
  3. cut all vegetables and toss with seasoning and olive oil
  4. roast in oven for 45-60 minutes
  5. increase oven temp to 500 to add a little extra crisp to vegetables. Usually around 10
