Missing Chicken Parm?

Changing my lifestyle was essential, and giving up my routines was worth challenging. One of the hardest changes was not going to an Italian restaurant and ordering my favorite meal. Chicken Parm was my go-to restaurant pick. We parm’d everything that could be parm’d. I still remember trying my first Turkey Parmesan at the Hart’s Turkey Farm in New Hampshire. My entire family lovingly talks about the Chicken Parm at Mario’s in my hometown. The entire family spent time trying to recreate this healthier version. You can add mozzarella to some pieces for the members who are still eating dairy.
