Instructions
- Turn oven to 425. Toss trimmed asparagus with avocado oil, garlic powder and salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place asparagus on a baking sheet, covered in parchment paper. Cook for 12 minutes, or until desired tenderness.
- Platter and sprinkle with nutritional yeast, if desired.
