Roasted Asparagus

Instructions

  1. Turn oven to 425.  Toss trimmed asparagus with avocado oil, garlic powder and salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Place asparagus on a baking sheet, covered in parchment paper.  Cook for 12 minutes, or until desired tenderness.  
  3. Platter and sprinkle with nutritional yeast, if desired.
