We have been making this salmon recipe for years. It is so EASY, and so TASTY. We have shared this recipe with friends. It is an easy week night meal, but it is also fantastic for dinner parties.
*The amount of sugar is less, because the pineapple juice is a marinade.

Instructions
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a ziploc bag, seal and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Turn once, if you have time.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine remaining ingredients. Discard marinade. Spread the rub over salmon. Place in a 13×9 pan (or baking sheet), sprayed or rubbed with avocado oil. Bake for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot.
