Sambal Chicken

This chicken is soooo good! We love it and it is a quick easy meal.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix all in marinade ingredients together.  Add chicken and mix.
  2. Skewer chicken.  Put remaining marinade into a small saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce over a simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. When ready to grill.  Heat grill to medium/high heat.  Cook chicken for about 2 minutes per side, basting with reduced sauce.  
  4. Serve with a nice salad or vegetable.
