This recipe works with almost any veggie! I have not found one that does not work. We had leftover vegetables from a crudite platter and threw EVERYTHING into this recipe and it was a big hit.

Instructions

  1. Throw all your vegetables in a bowl and make sure they are coated with the marinade. You can let them sit for few hours.
  2. Pre-heat grill and leave cast iron skillet on the grill for 5 minutes
  3. Throw everything into the pan on the grill and cook until the protein is complete and vegetables are tender.
