This was a favorite side dish when I visited my MIL. My family became obsessed with these flavors. The healthier version was surprisingly delicious without orzo.

Instructions
- sauté onion, spinach, cumin, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt and pepper
- make sure onion in translucent.
- add frozen cauliflower, lemon, broth, and dill
- Cook down for 20 minutes
- Add salt to taste
