Spanakorizo Take 2

I was going to make the Empower Spanakorizo recipe and realized that I had no lemons. I made this version instead. This is also a greek rice version.

Instructions

  1. sauté onion, spinach, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  2. make sure onion in translucent.
  3. add frozen cauliflower, tomato sauce, broth, and dill
  4. Cook down for 20 minutes
  5. Add salt to taste
