“Tandoori” Inspired Chicken (slow cooker)

I am a huge fan of Indian Cuisine. I have been making tandoori for years. This is completely different than anything I have made, and I am not sure that a purist would call it tandoori at all. The dish is light and has plenty of spice. It would be nice served over some cauliflower rice or zoodles. I am also going to play around with some chapati recipes.

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in the pot of a slow cooker or instapot.  
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  3. Shred chicken.  Top with cilantro, if desired.  Serve.
