  1. heat sesame oil, avocado oil, broccoli, ginger, garlic, and carrot 
  2. cook for 5 minutes
  3. add coconut aminos, fish sauce, rice vinegar, peas, riced cauliflower, and red pepper flakes
  4. Add whisked egg
  5. Cook for 10=15 minutes(make sure chicken is cooked)
